In broad strokes, my research examines the behavioural and neural mechanisms underlying the pragmatic use of language. My scientific endeavour stretches from investigating language cognition in real-world everyday contexts to a deep search to unravel its intricate intertwining with other cognitive mechanisms and from general principles to individual differences. I use behavioural and brain imaging methods.
